These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jl330 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," "User") who accesses, registers for, or uses the jl330 platform available at jl330.cam and any associated mobile interfaces or applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the jl330 Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or communication, these Terms shall prevail.

To register and use the jl330 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines;
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jl330 or any gaming regulatory authority;

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party without the prior written consent of jl330;

jl330 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe stipulated by jl330 will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

To access real-money gaming on jl330, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using different identifying information, is a material breach of these Terms. jl330 employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts and will close all related accounts without notice, forfeiting any balances unless otherwise required by law.

jl330 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct identity verification ("KYC") on all accounts. You will be required to submit a copy of at least one government-issued photo identification document (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, SSS ID, or driver's license) and proof of residential address. • You are responsible for keeping your registration information accurate and up to date;

Deposits. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jl330 wallet immediately or within a few minutes of successful payment authorisation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during banking hours. jl330 does not accept cash deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests from fully verified jl330 accounts are processed as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during operating hours; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. jl330 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jl330 account;
• jl330 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests;
• Funds deposited into your jl330 account may only be withdrawn after satisfying any applicable bonus wagering requirements;
• jl330 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

jl330 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be made available at the time the promotion is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific promotion terms in addition to these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses issued by jl330 are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to other accounts;
• jl330 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms;
• Players who have initiated a withdrawal request may not be eligible to claim certain promotions until the request is fully processed;

• In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

All games available on the jl330 Platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers whose random number generators and game logic have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. The certified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed within the game's information panel.

Game results are final once confirmed by the relevant game system. Technical malfunctions — including but not limited to software errors, server interruptions, or connectivity failures — void all bets affected. In the event of a malfunction, jl330 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore affected bets, but jl330 does not guarantee recovery of bets lost due to technical failure.

For live dealer games, the decisions of the live dealer and the applicable game rules are final subject to jl330's dispute resolution process. Dealer errors that are immediately identifiable and verified by jl330's monitoring systems may be corrected at jl330's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl330 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age or identity information;
• Operating more than one jl330 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or games;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploitation must be reported to jl330 and are subject to forfeiture;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive game format;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that jl330 reasonably believes is connected to illegal conduct;
• Abusing the bonus system through arbitrage, pattern betting designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals for completed jl330 transactions without jl330's prior consent;
• Attempting to access the Platform using circumvention technology to bypass geographic restrictions.

All content on the jl330 Platform, including but not limited to the jl330 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software, is the property of jl330 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl330 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any jl330 content without the express prior written consent of jl330.

jl330 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and PAGCOR's data handling requirements. By registering a jl330 account, you consent to jl330 collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including KYC verification, fraud prevention, account management, regulatory reporting, and the delivery of gaming services and promotions.

jl330 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its players in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. jl330 provides the following self-management tools to all registered players, accessible through the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play;

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl330 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jl330's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl330 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl330 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. Gambling inherently involves financial risk and jl330 cannot guarantee winnings. The outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generators or by the physical outcomes of live dealer games and cannot be predicted or influenced.

jl330 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jl330 has reason to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Regulatory requirements or a court order compel jl330 to do so;
• You are subject to a self-exclusion or player protection order;
• Continued operation of your account presents an unacceptable risk to jl330 or other players.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the player's registered payment method after deducting applicable processing fees. Where a breach is involved, jl330 may withhold funds pending investigation and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the jl330 Platform or a specific game outcome, you should first contact jl330's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Please include your account username, the date and time of the issue, the game or transaction reference number (where applicable), and a description of the complaint.

jl330 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days. Complex complaints requiring additional investigation may take up to 28 business days to resolve. jl330 will keep you informed of the status of your complaint throughout the process.

If you are not satisfied with jl330's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the official regulatory channels. jl330 cooperates fully with all PAGCOR-initiated investigations and dispute resolution processes.

jl330 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the jl330 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure.

The current version of these Terms is always available at jl330.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through jl330's internal complaints process or PAGCOR's regulatory dispute mechanism.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of jl330 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
